OstroVit Acupressure Mat and Pillow is a set of a linen mat filled with coconut fibre and a pillow filled with purified natural buckwheat husk from Poland. The mat measures 45 x 72 cm and carries 210 spiked rosettes; the pillow measures 34 x 46 cm with 95 rosettes.
A cotton bag for storage and transport is included.

Usage
Lie, sit or stand on the mat, or place the pillow under your neck, with bare skin touching the spikes. Start with short sessions of 5–15 minutes and build up gradually to 40 minutes.
Do not use with impaired blood clotting, while taking anticoagulants, on sensitive skin or open wounds, or during pregnancy. Store rolled in the bag with the spikes facing outwards. Do not machine wash or tumble dry; wash by hand in lukewarm water with soap, rinse and dry carefully.
