Each serving contains 6000 mg of citrulline malate, 3000 mg of creatine monohydrate, 2400 mg of beta-alanine, and 500 mg each of L-tyrosine, taurine and choline bitartrate. Total caffeine is 300 mg, including the extended-release caffeine Xtenergy®.

Each serving has 6000 mg of citrulline malate (in a 2:1 ratio), 3000 mg of creatine monohydrate and 2400 mg of beta-alanine.
- Two types of caffeine
Of the 300 mg of caffeine, 250 mg is anhydrous caffeine and 50 mg is extended-release caffeine, Xtenergy®.
- Added alongside the caffeine
The formula includes 100 mg of L-theanine (TheaGreen™), 500 mg of taurine, 500 mg of L-tyrosine and 500 mg of choline bitartrate.
