Cytoplan Fos-A-Dophilus is a probiotic in vegetable capsules with six strains: Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium infantis and Bifidobacterium longum. Each capsule holds 4 billion live, dehydrated bacteria.
The capsule uses GUARD technology: a gel layer forms around it in the stomach and dissolves in the intestine. It keeps at room temperature, so no refrigeration is needed.
