Nutrend N1 Pro Pre-Workout is a powder pre-workout that you dissolve in water. One 20 g serving contains 5000 mg L-citrulline malate, 3500 mg beta-alanine, 3000 mg creatine monohydrate, 1000 mg taurine and 230 mg caffeine. The formula also includes L-tyrosine, choline, green tea extract, vitamin C, B vitamins, calcium and sodium.
It comes in three flavours: Forest Berries, Green Lemonade and Sour Mango. The pack is 300 g and holds 15 servings. The flavours differ only in taste; the composition described here is the same.
- Amino acids and related compounds
Each serving contains 5000 mg L-citrulline malate, 3500 mg beta-alanine, 1000 mg taurine and 500 mg L-tyrosine.

Usage
Up to 75 kg body weight, and for sensitive users: mix 10 g of powder with 150 ml of water. Above 75 kg body weight, and for very demanding training: mix 20 g of powder with 300 ml of water. Take 15 minutes before training. The maximum daily dose is 20 g.
