Reflex Nutrition Nexgen Sports Multivitamin is a food supplement that combines vitamins, minerals and several additional ingredients in one capsule. The pack holds 60 capsules.
Per serving (2 capsules) it provides, for example, 800 µg of vitamin A, 25 µg of vitamin D3, 200 mg of vitamin C, 100 mg of magnesium and 15 mg of zinc. The formula also contains coenzyme Q10, quercetin, proanthocyanidins, lutein esters and Bacillus coagulans (LactoSpore).
- Broad formula in one product
The composition includes 13 vitamins, several minerals, and also choline, inositol, quercetin, lutein esters, proanthocyanidins, coenzyme Q10 and Bacillus coagulans.
- Minerals as glycinates
Magnesium, zinc, iron, copper and manganese are used as bisglycinates. Selenium comes from selenium-enriched yeast and chromium is used as picolinate.
- Specific vitamin forms
Vitamin E comes from a tocotrienol-rich annatto seed extract (DeltaGold), vitamin K2 is in the MK7 form (K2VITAL Delta) and vitamin B12 is methylcobalamin.
- Dose split into two
The daily serving is taken in two parts: one capsule twice a day with a meal.

Not to be taken by people using anticoagulants that are vitamin K antagonists (for example warfarin and acenocoumarol). The capsule contains bovine gelatine, so the product is not suitable for vegetarians.
