Conteh Sports Hydra Flow is a food supplement in drink powder form. It contains CocoMineral, a patented instantised coconut water powder extract that provides the electrolytes sodium and potassium. Vitamins are added as well.
A 300 g pack gives 60 servings. There are 18 flavours, including Apple & Blackcurrant, Cola Bottle, Mango, Pink Lemonade and Watermelon. All flavours belong to the same product and are prepared the same way.
