Ingredients
One serving (5 g) contains citrulline malate 1.5 g, beta-alanine 800 mg, caffeine 62.5 mg, vitamin B6 0.35 mg and vitamin B12 3.15 µg. Other ingredients: citrulline malate 2:1, flavouring, magnesium salts of citric acid, colour beetroot red, sweetener sucralose, anti-caking agents calcium silicate and silicon dioxide, colour carotenes, pyridoxine hydrochloride, bulking agent maltodextrin, methylcobalamin hydrate.

Usage
Stir 5 g of powder (about 1½ level 5 ml scoops) into 250 ml of water until fully dissolved. Take 30 minutes before training. The daily amount is one serving.
