Olimp Nutrition Flex Xplode is a soluble powder containing hydrolysed collagen types I and II, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), glucosamine, chondroitin, hyaluronic acid and Boswellia serrata extract. The formula also includes vitamin C (PureWay-C®), vitamin D, calcium and magnesium.
A pack holds 25 servings. It comes in Grapefruit and Orange flavours, with the same active ingredient content per serving in both.
- Two types of collagen
Each serving has 10000 mg of type I and 250 mg of type II hydrolysed collagen.
- Glucosamine and chondroitin
Per serving: 500 mg glucosamine sulfate 2KCl (295 mg of it glucosamine) and 150 mg chondroitin sulfate (135 mg of it chondroitin).
- MSM and a plant extract
The formula adds 750 mg methylsulfonylmethane and 100 mg Boswellia serrata extract, which provides 60 mg of boswellic acid.
- Vitamins and minerals
A serving provides 108 mg vitamin C (PureWay-C®), 15 µg vitamin D, 120 mg calcium, 57 mg magnesium and 20 mg hyaluronic acid.
- Mixes with water
One serving of powder is stirred into 200 ml of water.

Usage
Take 1 serving daily between meals. Add 1 serving (14.4 g of powder, equal to 2 scoops) to 200 ml of water.
