Each packet contains: thiamin (from thiamin HCl) 1.5 mg, riboflavin (vitamin B2) 1.7 mg, niacin (vitamin B3, as niacinamide) 20 mg, vitamin B6 (from pyridoxine HCl) 2 mg, folate 680 µg DFE, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin, methylcobalamin and dibencozide) 2000 µg, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5, from D-calcium pantothenate) 30 mg, chromium (from chromium picolinate) 60 µg and creatine monohydrate 250 mg. Other ingredients: xylitol (sweetener), maltodextrin, citric acid, natural citrus flavours, silicon dioxide, hypromellose.
