OstroVit Vitamin D3 2000IU + K2 MK-7 + C + Zn is a food supplement in capsules. One serving of 2 capsules contains 2000 IU of vitamin D (cholecalciferol), 100 µg of vitamin K as menaquinone-7, 1000 mg of vitamin C and 15 mg of zinc.

Ingredients: L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), vegetable capsule shell (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), zinc picolinate (zinc), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, cholecalciferol (vitamin D), menaquinone-7 MK-7 (vitamin K) derived from Bacillus subtilis natto.

Usage
Take 1 serving (2 capsules) a day. Vitamins D and K are fat-soluble, so their absorption is linked to the fat in your diet. Before use, a 25-(OH)D blood test and a consultation with a doctor or pharmacist are advisable.
