NOW Foods Flax Oil is a food supplement made with organic, cold-pressed, unrefined flax seed oil (Linum usitatissimum). The pack holds 250 softgels.
The oil is pressed to stay as close as possible to the oil in the seed. Flax oil is a source of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an omega-3 fatty acid. The softgel encloses the oil and limits its contact with air.
