Rule One Roar is a pre-workout food supplement in powder form, in the Blue Razz flavour. The pack holds 300 g, which is 30 servings of 10 g each.
A serving contains amino acids (citrulline, beta-alanine, taurine, arginine, tyrosine), creatine monohydrate, betaine, an electrolyte blend and caffeine from tea leaf and green coffee bean extracts. Vitamins C, B6 and B12 are included. A serving provides 25 kcal.
- Creatine monohydrate and amino acids
Each serving has 2 g citrulline, 1.2 g beta-alanine, 1 g creatine monohydrate, 1 g taurine and 500 mg arginine.
- Electrolyte blend
The blend is 350 mg per serving and consists of sodium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium citrate and magnesium oxide.
- Caffeine from plant extracts
175 mg caffeine per serving, from green coffee bean and tea leaf extracts, alongside 120 mg tyrosine and 100 mg betaine.
- Vitamins
