Per serving (4 sprays): vitamin D 10 µg, vitamin K 37.5 µg, thiamin 0.28 mg, riboflavin 0.53 mg, niacin 4 mg, vitamin B6 0.6 mg, folic acid 200 µg, vitamin B12 3 µg, biotin 25 µg, pantothenic acid 2.25 mg, selenium 37.5 µg and iodine 75 µg. The product also contains vitamins A and C; their amounts are not stated. Other ingredients: water, bulking agent xylitol, emulsifiers (gum arabic, sunflower lecithins, medium-chain triglycerides), preservative potassium sorbate, natural flavouring (chocolate and marshmallow), acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium hydroxide) and thickener xanthan gum.
