RYSE Hydration Sticks, Pink Splash is a RYSE food supplement in single-serving sticks. The pack holds 16 sticks of 6.4 g each.
Each serving contains six electrolytes: calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, chloride, sodium and potassium. It also contains vitamin C, niacin, vitamins B6 and B12, pantothenic acid, choline, taurine, coconut fruit water powder and AstraGin® root extracts.

Per serving: calcium 97 mg, phosphorus 47 mg, magnesium 74 mg, chloride 228 mg, sodium 320 mg and potassium 173 mg.
- Vitamins
Each serving has vitamin C 178 mg, niacin 26 mg, vitamin B6 2 mg, vitamin B12 69 µg and pantothenic acid 12 mg.
- Taurine and choline
A serving provides taurine 1000 mg and choline bitartrate 500 mg. Choline 200 mg, as choline bitartrate, is listed in addition.
- Coconut water powder and AstraGin®
The formula includes CocOganic® coconut fruit water powder 250 mg and AstraGin® (Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng) root extracts 25 mg.
