Ingredients

Per serving (4 capsules): vitamin A (as beta-carotene) 1080 µg, vitamin C 90 mg, vitamin D3 50 µg, vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol from sunflower oil) 15 mg, vitamin K1 72 µg and vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-4) 20 µg. B vitamins: thiamin 3.24 mg, riboflavin 3.12 mg, niacin 16 mg, vitamin B6 3.4 mg, folate 400 µg, vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 80 µg, biotin 30 µg and pantothenic acid 10 mg. Minerals: iodine (from organic sea kelp) 75 µg, zinc (from brown rice chelate) 7.7 mg, selenium 55 µg, manganese (from brown rice chelate) 2.3 mg, chromium 35 µg, molybdenum 45 µg and boron 1 mg. Most vitamins and minerals come from a culture of S. cerevisiae. The serving also has a raw organic fruit and vegetable blend of 706 mg, a raw probiotic and enzyme blend of 40 mg and a raw antioxidant complex of 10 mg.
