Usage
Add to a diffuser. For a bath, add 4–5 drops to hot bath water before bed. For a room mister, add 30 drops to 1 oz. of water in a spray bottle. Take care in the bath, as essential oils can make surfaces slippery.
Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on skin. Not for internal use. Reacts strongly to sunlight and other sources of ultraviolet light. Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your healthcare practitioner before using. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
