The vitamin D3 comes from Icelandic lichen and the vitamin K2 from Bacillus subtilis natto bacteria. There are no ingredients of animal origin. The pack holds 100 tablets.

Other ingredients: filler microcrystalline cellulose, starch, and anti-caking agent silicon dioxide.
