One serving of 2 gummies contains vitamin A (as beta-carotene) 450 µg, vitamin D3 40 µg, vitamin E 9 mg, vitamin K2 (MK-7) 45 µg and vitamin C 75 mg. The formula also includes B vitamins, folic acid, biotin, pantothenic acid and inositol.
