Rule One Essential Amino 9 is a powdered drink with all nine essential amino acids, 7.5 g in total per serving, plus added electrolytes. This sachet is a single 11 g serving in Fruit Punch flavour.
Each serving has 2.5 g of L-leucine, 1.25 g of L-isoleucine and 1.25 g of L-valine, with the other six essential amino acids. The electrolyte complex (sodium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium oxide) provides 500 mg.

Usage
