Each capsule contains 250 mg of Saccharomyces boulardii (an S. cerevisiae strain), equal to 5 Billion CFU, and 200 mg of MOS yeast fraction (S. cerevisiae) with a minimum of 35% manno-oligosaccharides. Other ingredients: tapioca starch, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water), silicon dioxide and ascorbic acid (antioxidant).

Usage
Adults take 1 capsule once a day with water, or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
