OstroVit Pre-Workout is a powdered pre-workout in Fruit Punch flavour. The 240 g pack holds 20 servings.
A 12 g serving contains L-citrulline malate, creatine monohydrate, L-arginine and its alpha-ketoglutarate, caffeine, green tea leaf extract, L-theanine and L-tyrosine. The flavour comes from flavourings and the sweetener sucralose.
- Citrulline and creatine
Each serving has 4615 mg of L-citrulline malate, of which 3000 mg is L-citrulline, and 3400 mg of creatine monohydrate, of which 3000 mg is creatine.
- Arginine sources
The formula lists L-arginine at 1500 mg and 990 mg, plus L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate at 1500 mg per serving.
- Caffeine with theanine and tyrosine
A serving provides 200 mg of caffeine, 100 mg of L-theanine and 100 mg of L-tyrosine.
