The probiotic capsule contains 200 mg of a probiotic blend providing 30 billion CFU. The enzyme capsule contains 325 mg of BeanAssist carb-digesting enzyme, including alpha galactosidase at 300 GalU.

The probiotic blend contains Lactobacillus plantarum, paracasei, acidophilus, casei, rhamnosus and fermentum, plus Bifidobacterium bifidum.
