Olimp Nutrition Thermo Stim Hardcore is a food supplement in a pack of 60 capsules. Each capsule contains 125 mg of caffeine and extracts of guarana, ginger, cayenne pepper, black pepper, raspberry, citrus fruits and cocoa.
It also provides vitamin C (40 mg) and niacin (16 mg). The recommended intake is 2 capsules a day, so one pack lasts 30 days.

Ginger extract (60 mg) contains 3 mg of gingerols, cayenne pepper extract (45 mg) 3.6 mg of capsaicin, and black pepper extract (1.05 mg) 1 mg of piperine.
- Caffeine from two sources
Each capsule has 125 mg of caffeine, along with guarana extract (184 mg) and cocoa extract (70 mg), which contains 16.8 mg of theobromine.
- Raspberry and citrus extracts
One capsule contains 15 mg of raspberry extract and 150 mg of citrus fruit extract.

Each capsule provides 40 mg of vitamin C and 16 mg of niacin.
