PEScience Prolific is a pre-workout in powder form. One 7 g serving provides 3 g L-citrulline, 1.25 g betaine anhydrous, 750 mg taurine, 125 mg citicoline (Cognizin®), 100 mg L-theanine, 50 mg Rhodiola rosea root extract and 160 mg caffeine. Energy per serving is 10 kcal.
The caffeine comes in two forms: caffeine anhydrous and dicaffeine malate (infinergy™). The formula contains no creatine or beta-alanine. Flavours are Guava Pineapple Punch, Mango Splash, Melon Berry Twist, Raspberry Lemonade, Sour Green Apple and Sour Peach Candy. The pack size is 280 g.

Each 7 g serving contains L-citrulline 3 g, betaine anhydrous 1.25 g, taurine 750 mg, citicoline (Cognizin®) 125 mg, L-theanine 100 mg, Rhodiola rosea root extract 50 mg and caffeine 160 mg (as caffeine anhydrous and dicaffeine malate, infinergy™). Other ingredients: citric acid, natural and artificial flavours, malic acid, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, beet juice concentrate, beta carotene.
