OstroVit EAA is an amino acid powder. It contains all the essential amino acids, the ones the human body cannot produce itself: the branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine, plus L-threonine, L-lysine, L-methionine, L-phenylalanine, L-arginine, L-tryptophan and L-histidine.
It also contains L-glutamine, L-tyrosine and L-cysteine. One serving is 10 g (1.5 scoops) and the pack holds 60 servings. It comes in Grapefruit, Natural and Orange flavours; nutrition may differ between flavours.

Usage
Dissolve one serving (10 g, or 1.5 scoops) in 200 ml of water. On training days, take one serving before a meal or training and the other after training. On non-training days, take 1 serving between two meals.
