Most of the vitamins and minerals come from an organic blend of fruits, vegetables and herbs, which makes up 646 mg of each tablet. Vitamin D3 is sourced from lichen, and vitamin B12 is in the form of methylcobalamin.

Ingredients

One tablet contains: vitamin A (as beta-carotene) 900 µg, vitamin C 90 mg, vitamin D (D3 from lichen) 25 µg, vitamin E 16 mg, vitamin K 120 µg, thiamin (vitamin B1) 1.38 mg, riboflavin (vitamin B2) 1.5 mg, niacin 18.4 mg, vitamin B6 8.5 mg, folate 400 µg, vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 5 µg, biotin 120 µg, pantothenic acid 5 mg, iron 2.5 mg, zinc 3.9 mg, selenium 55 µg, manganese 0.8 mg and chromium 35 µg. Most nutrients come from the organic food blend; vitamin K and vitamin B12 come from Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

Other ingredients: Organic Food Blend 646 mg, made up of Sesbania grandiflora leaf, amla fruit extract, apple, curry leaf, guava fruit and leaf, holy basil leaf, annatto, lemon peel, moringa leaf, mushroom (Agaricus bisporus), strawberry, cherry, blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, beet, broccoli, carrot, spinach, tomato, green bell pepper, Brussels sprout, ginger, garlic, green onion, parsley, cauliflower, red cabbage, asparagus, celery, cucumber and kale. All ingredients are organic.
