OstroVit BCAA Instant is a food supplement in powder form containing the amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in a 2:1:1 ratio. One serving (10 g, or 1.5 scoops) provides 4403 mg of L-leucine, 2342 mg of L-isoleucine and 2342 mg of L-valine.
It is sugar-free and made with sweeteners. It comes in Cola, Mango and Watermelon flavours, in a 400 g pack with 40 servings.

Usage
Mix 10 g (1.5 scoops) into 100–150 ml of water or juice. On training days, take one serving a day before or after training. On non-training days, take one serving after waking up.
