Each capsule contains: vitamin B6 5 mg, folate 340 mcg DFE, wild yam (Dioscorea villosa) rhizome/root 75 mg, organic dong quai (Angelica sinensis) rhizome/root 100 mg, vitex extract (Vitex agnus castus) fruit 100 mg, ginger root extract (Zingiber officinale) 50 mg and black cohosh extract (Actaea racemosa) 10 mg. Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), maltodextrin (non-GMO), rice flour, ascorbyl palmitate and silicon dioxide.
