Swanson Albion Multi-Mineral with Iron is a mineral complex in capsules. One serving (2 capsules) contains 150 mg of calcium, 4 mg of iron, 30 mg of magnesium and 15 mg of zinc. It also provides iodine, selenium, chromium, molybdenum, copper, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, vanadium and boron.
The minerals are chelated using the patented Albion process. The formula also includes horsetail grass stem extract, chlorella and the enzymes amylase, lipase and protease. The pack holds 120 capsules, which makes 60 servings.
