Olimp Nutrition Vita-Min Multiple Sport is a food supplement made of two different capsules. Vita-Plex Sport holds the vitamins and plant extracts, Chela-Min Sport holds the minerals.
The minerals in Chela-Min Sport are amino acid chelates made by Albion. The pack contains 60 capsules, which makes 30 servings. One serving is 2 capsules.
- Two capsules, two formulas
Vitamins and minerals are split between Vita-Plex Sport and Chela-Min Sport. The daily serving is one capsule of each.
- A wide range of B vitamins
Each serving contains thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, biotin and pantothenic acid, plus vitamins A, D, E and C.
- Minerals as amino acid chelates
Chela-Min Sport provides magnesium, calcium, potassium, zinc, iron, manganese, copper, iodine, chromium and selenium as Albion amino acid chelates.
- Plant extracts and PureWay-C®
The formula includes vitamin C as PureWay-C®, citrus bioflavonoids, artichoke, pumpkin seed, nettle and green tea extracts, alpha-lipoic acid and black pepper extract BioPerine®.

Usage
Take 1 capsule of Vita-Plex Sport and 1 capsule of Chela-Min Sport once daily after your main meal, with a large amount of water. The product is intended for adults.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, women planning pregnancy, or children under 18. Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg or more of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate. Do not take if you consume other green tea products on the same day. Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the constituents. Do not use other vitamin and mineral preparations at the same time. Long-term intake of 18 mg of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
