NOW Foods Optimal Digestive System is a food supplement that combines several enzymes in one capsule: amylase, proteases, glucoamylase, invertase, diastase, lipase and alpha-galactosidase. It also contains a blend called BioCore Optimum™.
The pack holds 90 capsules, or 45 servings. One serving is 2 capsules. The capsule shell is cellulose (hypromellose).

Other ingredients: rice bran, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), rice maltodextrin, silicon dioxide.
