Applied Nutrition Solutions Relax & Calm - 60 caps is a food supplement containing magnesium, glycine, vitamins D, E, B6 and B12, biotin and copper. It also includes extracts of reishi mushroom, ashwagandha root, Avena sativa (oats) and passionflower.
The pack holds 60 capsules. One serving is 2 capsules, so a pack gives 30 servings.
- Four plant extracts
Each serving has 40 mg reishi mushroom extract (10:1), 30 mg ashwagandha root extract (10:1), 20 mg Avena sativa extract (10:1) and 12.5 mg passionflower extract (4:1).
- Magnesium and glycine
Per serving there are 128 mg magnesium and 400 mg glycine. The magnesium is in citrate form and the copper is copper bisglycinate.
- Vitamins in each serving
A serving provides 10 µg vitamin D3, 5.3 mg α-TE vitamin E, 1.4 mg vitamin B6, 2.5 µg vitamin B12 and 50 µg biotin. Copper is 1 mg.
