NOW Foods Bone Strength is a food supplement in capsule form. It is built on microcrystalline hydroxyapatite (MCHA) derived from Australian cattle. Alongside it, the formula contains magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, boron, vitamins C, D3 and K2, and thiamin.
One serving is 4 capsules, with 1 g of protein and 5 kcal. The pack holds 240 capsules, which is 60 servings.
- MCHA as the base
The formula is based on microcrystalline hydroxyapatite, a source of calcium and phosphorus. One serving gives 620 mg of calcium and 287 mg of phosphorus.
- Magnesium and other minerals
Each serving contains 400 mg of magnesium, 7 mg of zinc, 0.7 mg of copper and 2 mg of manganese.
- Vitamins
A serving provides 133 mg of vitamin C, 16.68 µg of vitamin D3, 67 µg of vitamin K2 and 3 mg of thiamin (vitamin B1).
