Naughty Boy Hydration is a sugar-free drink powder. It contains electrolytes (potassium, sodium, chloride, magnesium, calcium), creatine monohydrate, taurine, selenium and MitoReds®, a trademarked ingredient. The product is built around MitoReds®.
The formula is the same across the flavours: Blueberry Pineapple, Cherry Mango and Pink Lemonade. The 127 g pack holds 15 servings, with 8.5 g per serving.
- Sugar-free drink powder
The powder is sugar-free and made to be mixed with cold water, so it is easy to prepare and carry.
- Five electrolytes
Each serving provides potassium 448 mg, sodium 112 mg, chloride 196 mg, magnesium 93.75 mg and calcium 80 mg.
- Creatine monohydrate and taurine
One serving contains 1000 mg of creatine monohydrate and 1500 mg of taurine.
- MitoReds® and selenium
A serving has 200 mg of MitoReds® and 55 µg of selenium. MitoReds® is a blend of red plant ingredients that also includes L-ergothioneine (MitoPrime).
