The probiotic blend provides 30 billion CFU across seven strains: Lactobacillus plantarum, L. paracasei, L. acidophilus, L. casei, L. rhamnosus, L. fermentum and Bifidobacterium bifidum. The enzyme capsule contains lactase and protease.
