Nutrend Fat Direct 2in1 Shot is a food supplement in liquid shot form, taken before training. One 60 ml serving contains 2000 mg L-carnitine, 1500 mg L-arginine, 1000 mg beta-alanine, 500 mg glucuronolactone, 200 mg choline and 100 mg caffeine.
The formula also includes B vitamins and biotin. It is sugar-free and contains sweeteners. A pack holds 20 shots.
