Each capsule contains folate 1700 µg and folic acid 1000 µg (glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate). Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water) and magnesium salts of fatty acids as an anti-caking agent.
