OstroVit Hydro Out Diuretic is a food supplement built on plant extracts, in a pack of 90 capsules. One serving is 3 capsules and contains extracts of nettle leaf, dandelion root, guarana seed, goldenrod, cranberry, green tea leaf and field horsetail, plus vitamin B6.
Several extracts have a stated standardised content: dandelion root 3% flavonoids, guarana 22% caffeine, cranberry 10% proanthocyanidins, green tea 50% polyphenols and horsetail 7% silica. The pack holds 30 servings.

Other ingredients: vegetable capsule shell (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), inulin.
