Medium chain triglycerides (MCT, from coconut oil), menaquinone-7 in olive oil, cholecalciferol from a plant source in MCT oil, mixed tocopherols (vitamin E) as antioxidant, and natural peppermint (Mentha piperita) flavour. Per serving (3 sprays): vitamin D3 87.5 µg, vitamin K2 100 µg.

Usage
Shake well before use. Spray 3 times once daily into the mouth, ideally on the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds. On first use, press the pump 3–4 times to get the liquid flowing.
