One serving (2 softgels) contains 1180 mg of krill oil, including 318 mg of omega-3 acids, 660 mg of phospholipids and 82.6 mg of choline. The pack holds 60 softgels, which is 30 servings.
- EPA and DHA
Each serving provides 178 mg of EPA and 82 mg of DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.
- Phospholipids and choline
A serving contains 660 mg of phospholipids, of which 566 mg are phosphatidylcholines. It provides 82.6 mg of choline, which contributes to normal homocysteine and lipid metabolism and to the maintenance of normal liver function.
- Origin and certification
