Osavi Super Omega + D3 is a food supplement in the form of liquid fish oil, in a 250 ml bottle. The oil comes from wild pelagic fish, mainly anchovies, and is made in Norway. The omega-3 fatty acids are in triglyceride (TG) form and the vitamin D is cholecalciferol.
One serving is 5 ml, a teaspoon. The flavour is Lemon, a natural lemon taste. The product contains no preservatives, colourants or GMOs.

A serving has 1450 mg EPA, 1000 mg DHA and 450 mg of other omega-3 acids. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.

It also provides 50 µg of vitamin D (cholecalciferol). A serving has 4.6 g of fat and 41 kcal; it contains no carbohydrate, protein, sugars or salt. Per 100 g: 92 g of fat and 828 kcal.

Usage
