Olimp Nutrition Gain Bolic 6000 is a powdered mass gainer: a carbohydrate and protein concentrate that contains sugar and sweeteners. The protein comes from micellar casein, ultrafiltered whey protein, whey protein concentrate and egg protein. The carbohydrates have different glycaemic indexes. Creatine monohydrate, taurine, and vitamins and minerals are added.
It comes in Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla flavours. The 3500 g pack holds 35 servings. One serving is 100 g, which is 2 scoops.
