Nutrend Carnitine 3000 Shot is a liquid food supplement in a single 60 ml serving. Each serving contains 3000 mg of L-carnitine, 1000 mg of taurine, 127 mg of caffeine and 90 mg of green tea extract, which provides 13.5 mg of EGCG. The shot also contains chromium and vitamins B1, B3, B5 and B6.
It comes in three flavours: Orange, Pineapple and Strawberry. The core composition is the same in each. A pack holds 20 shots of 60 ml.
- 3000 mg of L-carnitine per serving
One 60 ml shot contains 3000 mg of L-carnitine. It is the main ingredient, and the amount is the same in every flavour.
- Caffeine, taurine and green tea extract
Each serving has 127 mg of caffeine, 1000 mg of taurine and 90 mg of green tea extract, of which 13.5 mg is EGCG. The extract contains 50 % polyphenols.
- Chromium and B vitamins
The shot provides 100 µg of chromium, which contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients. It also contains 1.5 mg of vitamin B1, 20 mg of niacin, 10 mg of pantothenic acid and 3 mg of vitamin B6.
- Ready-to-drink single dose
The shot is ready to drink and needs no mixing. A serving gives 13 kcal, with 0.1 g of carbohydrate (0.1 g sugars) and 2.3 g of protein, and no fat.
