NOW Foods Ultra Omega-3 is a food supplement based on fish oil concentrate. Each softgel contains 1000 mg of fish oil concentrate, of which 500 mg is eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 250 mg is docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The oil is molecularly distilled.
The capsule shell is made from fish gelatin rather than bovine or porcine gelatin. The pack holds 180 softgels, and lemon oil is added for flavour.
