Ingredients
Each capsule contains 10 mg of vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate), 300 µg of vitamin A (retinyl acetate), 50 µg of vitamin D (cholecalciferol) and 50 µg of vitamin K (menaquinone). Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose. Capsule shell: gelatine.

Usage
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, accompanied by water.
