Stacker2 Europe Liquid Amino is a liquid food supplement containing 18 amino acids and vitamin B6. The amino acids come from hydrolysed collagen protein and whey protein hydrolysate. One 40 ml serving provides, for example, 2600 mg of glutamine, 960 mg of leucine, and 480 mg each of isoleucine and valine.

It comes in Fruit Punch and Orange flavours, in a 946 ml pack. Each pack holds 24 servings. Protein makes up 51 g per 100 ml of product.

Amino acids per 40 ml serving: isoleucine 480 mg, leucine 960 mg, valine 480 mg, tryptophan 360 mg, lysine 1140 mg, threonine 300 mg, phenylalanine 400 mg, methionine 400 mg, glutamine 2600 mg, arginine 520 mg, histidine 340 mg, cystine 500 mg, tyrosine 60 mg, proline 3800 mg, aspartic acid 1160 mg, serine 700 mg, glycine 3800 mg and alanine 1400 mg. Also 3.18 mg vitamin B6 (pyridoxine). Other ingredients: water, protein HD blend (hydrolysed collagen protein, whey protein hydrolysate [derived from milk]), fructose, antioxidants (citric acid, ascorbic acid), sweeteners 92 mg (cyclamate, saccharin, acesulfame-K).

Nutrition facts

On training days, take 40 ml (approx. 4 tablespoons) 30 minutes before training. On rest days, take 20 ml (approx. 2 tablespoons) 15 minutes before breakfast and 20 ml (approx. 2 tablespoons) shortly before sleeping.
