5% Nutrition AllDayYouMay - Legendary Series Stick Packs, Italian Lemon Ice is a powdered amino acid food supplement. Each pack holds 10 sticks of 17 g.
One serving (17.2 g) contains a 6000 mg BCAA blend (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), a 2750 mg conditionally essential amino acid blend and a 200 mg essential amino acid blend. It also contains vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and calcium.
- BCAA blend
Each serving provides 6000 mg of branched-chain amino acids: L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine.
- Several amino acid blends
Besides the BCAAs, the formula has a conditionally essential amino acid blend (L-glutamine, L-carnitine L-tartrate) and an essential amino acid blend.
- Vitamins and minerals
A serving contains 200 mg vitamin C, 2 mg vitamin B6, 125 mcg vitamin B12 and 86 mg calcium.
- Additional blends
The formula also includes an intra-cellular buffer blend (800 mg), an amino acid support blend (960 mg) and a joint and liver blend (650 mg) with glucosamine sulfate, MSM and milk thistle.
