Olimp Nutrition Vita-Min Multiple Sport 40+ is a food supplement made for active people over 40. The pack holds 60 capsules of two types: VITA-PLEX SPORT 40+ and CHELA-MIN SPORT 40+.
The formula includes vitamins A, D, E, K and C, eight B vitamins, minerals and two plant extracts: saw palmetto and ashwagandha KSM-66®. The vitamin C comes as PureWay-C®.
- Broad range of vitamins
The formula contains vitamins A, D, E, K and C, plus the B vitamins: thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, biotin and pantothenic acid.
- Minerals in one serving
A serving provides 190 mg of magnesium, 100 mg of calcium, 75 mg of potassium, 15 mg of zinc and 3 mg of iron. Manganese, copper, iodine, chromium and selenium are also included.
- Plant extracts
Besides vitamins and minerals, the product contains 100 mg of saw palmetto fruit extract and 50 mg of ashwagandha extract KSM-66®, which carries 2.5 mg of withanolides.

Usage
Take 1 capsule of VITA-PLEX SPORT 40+ and 1 capsule of CHELA-MIN SPORT 40+ once daily after the main meal, with plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Not recommended for children, pregnant or lactating women, or women planning pregnancy. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the constituents. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using the product. Do not use with other vitamin and mineral preparations. Do not consume alcohol or take any hypnotic, sedative or anxiety-relieving drugs while using this product. Long-term intake of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
