5% Nutrition Hydrate - Legendary Series Stick Packs is a food supplement in stick packs. One serving is 9.8 g and a pack holds 10 servings (10 x 9 g). It contains electrolytes, vitamins and minerals, plus taurine, coconut water concentrate, tart cherry extract and SAM-e.
It comes in Blueberry Lemonade and Lemon Lime. The base composition is the same across the flavours; they differ in taste. Per serving there are 20 kcal and 5 g carbohydrate, of which sugars 3 g.
- Five electrolyte minerals
Each serving has sodium 200 mg, potassium 500 mg, chloride 348 mg, magnesium 100 mg and calcium 90 mg.
- Several forms of each mineral
Magnesium comes as bisglycinate chelate and citrate, calcium as carbonate, citrate and dicalcium malate, potassium as citrate, chloride and coconut water.
- Vitamin C and B vitamins
A serving provides vitamin C 90 mg, vitamin B2 1.2 mg, vitamin B6 5 mg, folate 800 µg DFE, vitamin B12 100 µg (as methylcobalamin), biotin 30 µg and pantothenic acid 5 mg.
- Added extracts and amino acid
Each serving contains taurine 1500 mg, coconut water concentrate 1250 mg, tart cherry extract (10:1) 250 mg and SAM-e 100 mg.
