Reflex Nutrition Nexgen Pro Sports Multivitamin is a food supplement in capsule form, with 90 capsules per pack. Each capsule contains vitamins and minerals, including the B vitamin group, vitamin D3, vitamin K2, magnesium, zinc and selenium.
It also contains green tea and grape seed extracts, maca root and cinnamon bark extracts, coenzyme Q10, quercetin, boron and four bacterial strains. The capsule shell is made from bovine gelatine.
- One capsule a day
The dose is 1 capsule daily with a meal. A pack holds 90 servings.
- Wide range of vitamins
Each capsule has vitamins A, D3, E, K2 and C, plus the B group: thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, biotin and pantothenic acid.
- Minerals
One capsule contains 66.66 mg magnesium, 5 mg zinc, 18.33 µg selenium and 33.33 µg chromium, along with copper, manganese and boron. The magnesium comes as citrate and bisglycinate.
- Plant extracts and coenzyme Q10
Each capsule has 25 mg green tea extract (polyphenols), 25 mg grape seed extract, 16.67 mg maca root extract, 16.67 mg cinnamon bark extract and 3.33 mg coenzyme Q10.
- Four bacterial strains
The formula includes Bacillus coagulans (LactoSpore), Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus acidophilus. It also has 1.67 mg pepper extract (BioPerine).

Usage
Take 1 capsule once a day with a meal. Do not take on an empty stomach.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Not to be taken by people using anticoagulants that are vitamin K antagonists (for example warfarin and acenocoumarol). Do not use in children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. For adults only. Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg or more of epigallocatechin-3-gallate. Do not take if you consume other green tea products on the same day. Do not take on an empty stomach. Not suitable for vegetarians (the capsule shell contains bovine gelatine).
